The Dutch filmmaker of Palestinian origin Hany Abu-Assad will shoot his first film in English and will feature a performance by Nicholas cage, nothing less. The film will be called "The Vanished" and tells the story of a father who goes out in search of his American son of Muslim origin, who has mysteriously disappeared.
Abu-Assad was nominated for Oscar last year for "Paradise Now", the story of two Palestinians sent to immolate themselves on Israeli soil.
Nicholas cage he is shooting several films per year: he still has the premiere of "Bangkok Dangerous", and will also make the sequel to "The search", "The dance" and "Yellow Slim". Almost nothing.
