«In one of the darkest moments of our lives, we find it very difficult to write the appropriate words to describe this terrible tragedy that we have had to face.
Our beloved son, brother and father of three children has left unexpectedly, in a tragic way and too soon. It has left us speechless and devastated to such an extent that communication with the outside world is often impossible for us.
We miss Michael too much and our pain can't be put into words, but he wouldn't want us to give up now.
So we would like to thank all of his loyal fans around the world, all of you that Michael loved in life. Please do not despair, because Michael will continue to live in each of your hearts.
