Franz Ferdinand premieres the official video for 'Right Action'

Last Monday (8) the indie rock band Franz Ferdinand He premiered the new video for his song 'Right Action', one of the two promotional singles, along with 'Love Illumination' that the Scots released a few days ago. Both are part of his next album, 'Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action', which will be available for sale at the end of August. With the new video clip, the Franz Ferdinands make a return to the careful aesthetics of their early work, creating a direct relationship with the mythical 'Take Me Out', an intention to return to their origins with which they promote this new album.

The video is mainly marked by a retro aesthetic, full of animations and symbolisms that pay tribute to the modern Swiss design style of the mid-sixties, and especially inspired by the American designer Saul Bass in many designs. The new video clip was directed by Jonas odell, the same director who worked on the legendary video for 'Take Me Out' almost a decade ago.
