Martin Gore, the leader of Depeche Mode, will release on April 27 under the name of 'MG'his second solo album, which will be completely instrumental. 'MG'was composed in at Martin Gore's home studio in Santa Barbara. "I wanted to give this electronic music a science fiction sound, something very filmic," said the guitarist. Regarding the name, MG, said that since it is something instrumental, without a voice, he decided to follow the concept he did previously with Vince Clarck on the VCMG album. Gore's first solo album was 2003's 'Counterfeit'.

His full name is Martin Lee Gore and he was born in Dagenham, London, on July 23, 1961. He is an English musician known for being the main songwriter, as well as keyboardist, guitarist and second vocalist of the electronic music group Depeche Mode. He is the author of well-known hit songs such as Personal Jesus, Enjoy the Silence, I Feel You, Walking in My Shoes, People Are People, Master and Servant, Everything Counts, Never Let Me Down Again, Strangelove, among others.
