Arcade Fire launches 'Reflektor' amid mysterious promo

Canadian indie rock band Arcade Fire continues to move forward with his mysterious promotional campaign for his new album. As they had promised days ago, last Monday (9) the first single was released, entitled 'Reflektor', which was presented on the one hand with an official video and also with an interactive video that created even more mystery.

The video in its interactive version works on smartphones, tablets and computers, with images that give off flashes of the characters and that guide to the thereflectors.com page where there is a mysterious map, which could indicate the stores where it will be sold. A few days ago, several record stores in Nashville (USA) revealed that the first single would go on sale in 12-inch vinyl format from September 9.

The interactive version was filmed in Haiti, and has been written, directed and produced by Canadian Vincent Morisset. The official video was directed by the legendary director and photographer Anton Corbyn, responsible for famous clips and productions for international artists such as Depeche Mode, Nirvana, U2 or Metallica. 'Reflektor' is a bilingual song, which has had the collaboration of the British David Bowie on vocals and the production of the famous James Murphy (LCD Soundsystem), which has given a powerful disco-funk touch to the new single.
