El Artistic Directors Guild has awarded its prizes in which the films "Anna Karenina", "Life of Pi" and "Skyfall" have won.
«Anna Karenina»Wins the award for the best artistic direction in a period film and thus becomes the great favorite for the Oscar for best production design, formerly known as best artistic direction.
Tape Joe Wright is one of the two winners that is nominated for this award and it is well known that academics often choose a period film in this award.
The other winner of these awards who is nominated for the Oscar for best production design is «Life of Pi»Which has won the award for the best artistic direction in a fantasy film.
The other three films that are eligible for the Academy Award they are "Lincoln" and "Les Misérables", who have been defeated by "Anna Karenina" and "The Hobbit: an unexpected journey" that has lost in front of "Life of Pi".
