I-movie ye- UMahamat-Saleh Haroun «UGrigris«, Ummeli kuphela wezwekazi lase-Afrika kulo nyaka kwi-Cannes Film Festival, ubengomunye wezintandokazi kodwa ngemuva kokukhonjiswa akatholanga ukubuyekezwa okumnandi ngokweqile.

Ukukhiqizwa kwe Chad Akuzange kwamukelwe kahle kulolu hlelo olusha lomncintiswano waseFrance futhi kungamangaza kakhulu uma singakubona phakathi kwamafilimu awine izindondo kulo nyaka.

UMahamat-Saleh Haroun, yize evela ezweni elinomkhiqizo omncane wamafilimu, akasiye umenzi wamafilimu ongaziwa. Ngo-2006 ifilimu yakhe ethi "Isikhathi Esomile" yenziwa ne- Umklomelo Wejaji Elikhethekile e-Venice Film Festival.

Umenzi wamafilimu naye uyaziwa vele ku- Cannes, lapho ngo-2010 athola khona iJury Prize ngefilimu yakhe ethi "Indoda ekhalayo".

UGrigris

Manje, eminyakeni emithathu ngemuva kokuklonyeliswa ngomsebenzi wakhe wangaphambilini emncintiswaneni waseFrance, wethula umsebenzi wakhe omusha “UGrigris”, Ifilimu elandisa ngendaba yomfana onenkinga yemilenze ofuna ukuba umdansi futhi osebenzela izigebengu ukuze asekele uyise ogulayo.

"UGrigris" uveze ukuthi ungomunye wabafisayo Isundu legolide lokho kuzwakale kakhulu ukuvela ohlwini lweCannes Film Festival yalo nyaka.

Iningi labagxeki likhomba kumlingisi walo ohamba phambili  USoulémane Démé, umculi ongenamsebenzi kuze kube manje, njengebhayisikobho ehamba phambili.
