The entertainment magazine Variety reproduced, in its paper edition, the printing of Gavin Polone, producer of the film, about the possibilities offered by 3D: “Everyone had so much fun watching Zombieland, it was a visceral experience, but it can be done better. Meanwhile, the Sony studios did not want to miss out on the Zombieland phenomenon (the film had a budget of 24 million dollars and has grossed 85,2 million worldwide to date), and they pressed a contract withon Polone and Ruben Fleischer to shoot a sequel.
The pair formed by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick to write script, and expected Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg, protagonists of the first part, return with your characters.
