In the past San Diego Comic Con many viewers had the opportunity to preview one of the most anticipated trailers in the DC universe: that of 'Wonder Woman', movie directed by Patty Jenkins that will tell us about the mythical Amazon heroine that we already saw in 'Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice', played by Gal Gadot. Apart from this trailer, there were also many others, and no less expected, such as the new one from 'Doctor Strange', 'Justice League' or 'Fantastic Animals and where to find them'.
'Wonder Woman' will tell us the origins of Diana PrinceBut in a way that we are not used to seeing. That warrior that we already saw fighting Doomsday will be nothing compared to what we will see in this new installment that will hit theaters in USA June 2, 2017. We still do not have news of the release date in Spain, while it reaches us, the theories and curiosities that are born from the trailer are on the rise, here are a few:
Ares could appear
In a scene in which Diana is presented with a dress and a sword in her back with the intention of attacking a president (Danny Huston). Many fans believe that it could be the God of War, one of the most classic enemies of the superheroine.
Diana sees a man for the first time
The opening scene in which she appears with Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) on the beach corresponds to a mythical moment in the comic. She tells him "You are a man" to which he responds "Don't I look like it?". The answer, if the producers and screenwriters faithfully follow the vignettes, should be: "I could not say", because indeed, Diana, raised among warriors in Themyscira, is the first time she has seen a man. Just as it is also true that she has no father from the Christian point of view, since she was engendered by Zeus, the God of Thunder.
Amazons fight in World War I
One of the most shocking moments in the trailer is when the Amazons, including Antiope (Robin Wright), fight the soldiers. This image introduces a very interesting path, since it shows that in this way the Germans would enter Themyscira, and the Amazons will be forced to protect their homeland with claw and fury.
Who does Elena Anaya play?
With a somewhat strange appearance, we are introduced to Elena Anaya playing a character whose identity could be Princess Maru (Doctor Poison), who in the cartoons wore a very different black mask and worked for Nazism.
