One of those joint works that, when you read who the protagonists are, you get to think: "this will be a joke, for sure." But no, there is no joke that is worth. It all started with a track recorded only on voice and piano by Justin Bieber. That track was sent to Skrillex and Diplo when they were diving into their new project as a duo, 'Skrillex and Diplo present Jack Ü'.
This new song, entitled 'Where Are Ü Now', comes out as the second single from this new project, 'Jack Ü'. For the video clip, people were invited to attend a gallery in Los Angeles to paint over images of Justin Bieber dancing, images that would end up being used later in the video clip. In a matter of art, the video for 'Where Are Ü Now' when a rather surprising artistic section. But when it comes to the song - and this is a personal opinion - I don't know, it's as if Skrillex had settled for being in the credits, since nothing of his soul or his strength is found in this song . I don't detract one iota of quality, but reading the names Diplo and Skrillex, I honestly expected something with more energy.
That does not mean that 'Where Are Ü Now' be a failure, because it is being rather the opposite, entering the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States.
