Vega against the SGAE

Vega on his personal blog he attacked the SGAE and the subject of the canon that the entity intends to implement: In Vegamusic.es/wordpress, wrote:

As a voracious music consumer, I am NOT in favor of Canon Digital. Because from this position, with the education I received and with a little common sense, I do not understand why governmentally and by imposition they deprive me of my Right to the Presumption of Innocence. […]

As an Author I am NOT in favor of Canon Digital. Because I don't want my audience, who do buy my records and pay for my concert tickets, to have to pay a tax for an offense they don't commit. […]

To this day I do not understand why I pay together with many other colleagues alleged lifetime salaries, why I pay royalties for singing my own songs (it is a fact ... they protect the use of my songs from myself, who am the author! !! ??? hahahahaha they charge me for singing my songs ... I have to give a percentage of the box office of my concerts to SGAE), honestly 'I ... not understand'. I gladly pay to sing covers of other authors but… for singing mine ??? Ultimately what I do not understand is the type of management and how they execute it.

«And above all ... what I don't understand is why the hell we authors have to pay salaries to SGAE collectors who 'look after' our interests, supposedly listening to a whole concert and checking when other people's and their own works are used to get paid for it ... […] ».
