The protagonist of Kill Bill, Uma Thurman, as reported by the newspaper The Wall Street Journal, has filed a lawsuit against the French cosmetics company Lancôme due to a breach of contract.
La actress asks for financial compensation of no more and no less than five million dollars, Thurman states that the signature Lancôme has continued to use his name and image in advertising, specifically on Asian-owned websites and on Canadian billboards despite the expiration of the contract at the end of 2004.
