La Synopsis of Two Policemen in Trouble is

The appearance of a mysterious corpse right on the border between Quebec and Ontario causes two police officers from different provinces to be forced to work together due to a very special circumstance. One of them is David Bouchard (Patrick Huard), a French-Canadian police investigator from the Quebec Sûrete, and the other is an English-speaking detective from Ontario: Martin Ward (Colm Feore). The problems arise because of the great differences between the two, not only in their personal characteristics but also in the working method they use. While Martin is methodical, disciplined, and highly law-abiding, David interprets legal norms in his own light, bypassing formal laws and regulations to use unorthodox criteria. While they reluctantly agree to become partners and try to support each other in the best possible way, new murders continue to occur that always involve people related to the world of hockey.
