The Spanish director Jaume Collet-Serra, who made a name for himself in the USA directing the successful remake of House of Wax, is now directing another horror film titled The orphan.
The orphan tells us a story already shown numerous times in various films where a couple adopts a boy, in this case a girl, with the face of a good girl but, instead, it turns out to be the opposite.
The film's cast includes Peter Sarsgaard, Vera Farmiga, Margo Martindale, Isabelle Fuhrman, David Fine, Skye Peters, Rosemary Dunsmore, Cassie Farren, and Scott Dunn.
