For this new film the director has had a lot of familiar faces that have already appeared in some of his movies.
Among the cast are some of their favorite actors such as Anthony of the Tower, with which he has already counted on three more tapes such as "AzulOscuroCasiNegro", "Gordos" and "Primos", Quim Gutierrez which he has already directed in «AzulOscuroCasiNegro» and «Primos» or Hector Colome, who also appeared in "AzulOscuroCasiNegro."
It also has a small role reserved for Raúl Arévalo, who had also appeared in his three previous tapes.
"La gran familia española", a new work by the director of some of the best Spanish comedies in recent years, tells the story of a wedding that happens on the same day that Spain played the final of the World Cup South Africa 2010.
