The new movie of Robert de NiroEntitled Everybody's fine, Directed by Kirk Jones, it can give you a new Oscar nomination for best actor, and so much faith has its distributor in getting it, that it will make a limited release of the film on December 4 so that it can enter the race for the precious statuette.
Everybody's fine tells us the story of a widower (De Niro), who only kept in touch with his children because of his wife, who decides by surprise to visit his children to see how life is going. Thus, all together, in coexistence, they will remember a missing wife and mother.
The rest of the cast is made up of Drew Barrymore, Kate Beckinsale and Sam Rockwell.
This film is a remake of the French and Italian film, directed by Giuseppe Tornatore and starring an aging Marcello Mastroianni in 1990, entitled They are all fine.
