La triage movie, a co-production between France, Ireland and Spain, has been directed by Danis Tanovic, who in 2001 won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film for "En tierra de Hombres", and was shot at the studios in La Ciudad de The Light of Alicante.
La triage movie is based on the original literary work of the American journalist Scott Anderson and tells the story of Mark (Colin Farrel), a photojournalist who returns from the Kurdistan War with the physical and psychological consequences of the disappearance of his friend David so his wife (Paz Vega) will suffer from her husband's imbalances.
However Mark will be investigating the case of the disappearance of his friend, uncovering the keys to solve the case.
Of the rest of the cast stand out Christopher Lee, as well as Kelly Reilly, Jamie Sives, and Branko Djuric.
