Very soon the French film «Little Nicholas», adaptation to celluloid of the character created by René Goscinny (Asterix, Lucky Luke) and Jean-Jacques Semp in 1956.
This film was a box office success in France, reaching more than ten million viewers.
The little Nicolás narrates the experiences in the first person of Nicolas, a child of elementary age who through his eyes we see the vision he has of the adult world.
In short, it is about the adventures of a child, which in its Spanish version could be Manolito Gafotas.
I honestly don't think it's a hit in our country because this character doesn't have the same fans as Asterix or Lucky Luke.
