Modern version of the old movie of George RomeroThe Crazies will have to Breck Eisner as director of the remake already Ray Wright and Scott Kosar as screenwriters.
The leading actors chosen were Timothy Olyphant (the bad guy from Duro de Matar 4.0), Radha Mitchell (who we saw in Silent Hill) and Danielle Panabaker.
The film tells the life of Ogden Marsh, a quiet little town on the outskirts of the city. All the inhabitants live peacefully and the sheriff of the place, David dutieston (olyphant), works smoothly. The situation changes when an armed man bursts into the middle of a baseball game, ready to kill; and later, another neighbor locks up his wife and son in his house, and sets it on fire. Stunned by the gravity of the events, Dutton will investigate and discover the sinister relationship between both events.
The studies Paramount Pictures and the production company Overture Films financed this remake, which opens in the United States on 26 February next year.
