This weekend the No. 1 and No. 2 of the US box office are distributed, two of the productions that will raise the most money this year worldwide.
The first is "Toy Story 3" which debuted with $ 109 million, getting the best opening weekend box office for a Pixar film. With this figure it will possibly end its trajectory in cinemas very close to 300 million dollars, only in the USA.
On the other hand, the surprise at the box office last weekend, the film "The Karate Kid", drops to number 2, but with 29 million more for a cumulative of 106. With this collection, it does not surprise me that its producers are already preparing the second part.
«The A team» has to settle for third place and 13,5 million for a global of 49,7 so we are facing one of the great failures of this year, as well as "Prince of Persia" that only accumulates 80 million and cost more than 150.
