What a commotion has been building since the news came to the fore that The next actor to play Batman will be Ben Affleck. A large number of fans of the saga have joined in an initiative to ask Warner to rectify the choice of Affleck as the protagonist.
Warner made public the hiring of the actor through a statement explaining that he would be the one who would give life to the bat man in the sequel to the new Superman saga, Man of Steel.
The proposal was submitted on change.org by a fervent supporter of the character who stated that he "is not even remotely close to being an action star," citing Affleck's role in Daredevil, which was described as egregious.
There are hundreds of thousands of tweets that have mentioned the signing of Affleck for this installment. 71% of them do not agree and 25.000 signatures have already been reached for the call to be considered fully seconded.
