The new screenwriter of Scream 4, Kevin Williamson, has confirmed in recent statements that a new Scream trilogy, which would be 4,5 and 6, as long as the fourth part succeeds again:
We are not that movie. We are not in that universe where you can lead people after the dead. That would be just a trap. Everyone usually says: When is Randy coming back?
