'The Rise of David Bowie. 1972-1973 'will appear in 3 formats: "Art Edition A", 100 copies (from numbers 1 to 100) with a photograph signed by Mick Rock; the "Art Edition B", also of 100 copies (from numbers 101 to 200) with another photograph signed by Mick Rock; and finally the Collector's Edition, with copies of numbers 201 to 1.972. Half of the photographs reproduced in 'The Rise of David Bowie. 1972-1973 'will be unpublished.
