"The Hobbit": title and release date of the two films

We have news about «The Hobbit": director Peter Jackson has confirmed the release dates of the two films being filmed in New Zealand: the first will be called 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey » and will hit theaters on December 14th 2012.

The second will be «The Hobbit: Departure and Return»And will be released a year later, the 13th December 2013. Let us remember that both films take place in Middle Earth 60 years before the story that Tolkien told in the ilbro 'The Lord of the Rings'.

«The Hobbit»Follows the journey of Bilbo Baggins who, accompanied by Gandalf the magician, will be the protagonist of an epic adventure to recover the lost treasure of the Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor, in the hands of the fearsome dragon Smaug.
