Joss stone premiered his new video for the single «The Answer", he first of his new studio album 'Water for your soul'- The song was written by rapper Dennis Bovell with Jonathan Shorten. The album will be released on July 17 through Stone'd Records and will be the singer's seventh album. In this eccentric clip, Stone plays drums, dances in a forest, in a shop, and in the kitchen.
The album will contain elements of reggae, hip-hop, world music and soul, and in total there will be 14 songs. "It's a combination of the things that I like," said the singer. Joss stone has collaborated with composers like Nitin Sawney, Damian Marley and Dennis Bovell for this album, of which we already heard a few weeks ago another song called “Stuck on You”.
Joscelyn Eve Stoker is her real name and was born on April 11, 1987. She rose to fame after the release of her multi-platinum debut album and Mercury Award nominee, 'The Soul Sessions', from 2003, recorded while she had only 16 years old, which consists of covers of songs by some of his most important musical influences.
