From April 8 to 15, the Latin American Film Festival of Catalonia, which this year will award the actor Sancho Gracia, in recognition of "his professional career and human warmth," and the Argentine newspaper Página / 12 for his "independent and committed journalism."
Some of the films that can be seen are "Awka Liwen" (Argentina, 2010), by Mariano Aiello and Kristina Hille, "Ciudadano Negrín" (Spain, 2010), by Sigfrid Monleón, Carlos Álvarez and Imanol Uribe, and "The building of Chileans »(Chile-France-Cuba, 2010).
This year's jury is made up of Xavier Daniel, director of the Barcelona Gay and Lesbian Film Festival; Rosa Sophia Rodríguez, the expert in documentary post-production and the director Gaizca Urresti, as reported by the festival organization.
