The Chilean tape 'The club' by Pablo Larraín has been great winner of the Fénix Award for Ibero-American Cinema.
This film that will represent Chile in the category of best foreign language film at the next edition of the Oscar Awards, wins the awards for best film, best director for Pablo Larraín ex aequo with Ciro Guerra for 'The Embrace of the Serpent', best actor for Alfredo Castro and best screenplay.
He has also won four awards 'The Embrace of the Serpent', although one of the most technical, in addition to better direction ex aequo, it receives better original music, better photography and better sound.
The only award of the Fénix Awards for Spanish cinema has been for 'The minimal island', best art design.
