The 1906 Jazz Series kicks off in a big way

1906 Special Reserve has presented a total of 33 concerts at a press conference in 10 reference jazz clubs in our country over the next month and a half.

El Cycle will start on March 17 with a great concert by Roy Hargrove Quintet in the Lara Theater de Madrid and on the 18th in the Home Theater de Santiago.

El Jazz Cycle 1906 is consolidated in the cultural agenda with the arrival of its fourth edition, which, this time, expands the range of clubs and exceeds the line-up of artists who will tour 10 of the jazz temples in Spain. A total of 33 concerts over more than a month and a half of the best Jazz music.

The excellent reception from the public in the first three editions has led to 1906 Special Reserve to expand both the variety of artistic offerings and the venues where the concerts will be held. New rooms, more cities and a luxury lineup make up the novelties of this Cycle, taking a big leap in terms of quantity and quality of the proposal.

This year, new spaces are added to the list of clubs on the circuit. The Microteatro por Dinero de Madrid, Jamboree de Barcelona and Contrabajo de Vigo have arranged their agendas so that 1906 Reserva Especial will exclusively bring the great names of contemporary jazz to its stages.

The musical agenda for this season has the presence of bands such as Tineke Postma Quartet y Sara serpa, Virxilio da Silva Quintet and the quartet Yull Ballesteros, Arthur Kell.
