El Seville European Film Festival, which will take place from November 5 to 13, will have in its section the following 15 films.
The Spanish 'El Regreso', by Nonio Parejo; 'Flamenco, Flamenco', by Carlos Saura, which will be presented during a special gala; and 'Naufragio', by Pedro Aguilera; next to the Greek 'Black Field', by Vardis Marinakis; the French 'Chicas', by Yasmina Reza; the Danish 'In a better world', by Susanne Bier; the Dutch 'Joy', by Mijke de Jong; 'The woman with the broken nose', by Srdan Koljevic (Germany-Serbia); 'Mr. Nice ', by Bernard Rose (United Kingdom-Spain); the Russian 'Silent Souls', by Aleksei Fedorchenko; 'Son of Babylon', by Mohamed Al-Daradji (Iraq-United Kingdom-Holland-France-United Arab Emirates-Egypt-Palestine); the 'Tender Son', by Kórnel Mundruczó (Hungary-Germany-Austria); 'The Aviatrix of Kazbek', by Ineke Smits (Holland-Belgium-Denmark-Georgia-Germany); 'The Happy Housewife', by Antoinette Beumer (Holland); and 'The Poll Diaries' by Chris Kraus. (Germany-Austria-Estonia) make up the films that will compete for the Gold Giraldillo, the Silver Giraldillo, as well as the Gold Giraldillo for Best Director, the Special Jury Prize, among other Festival awards.
