This year Cannes film festival takes place from May 14 to 25 and several of the filmmakers who have been present in previous years could return in this new edition, number 67.
Fatih Akin: The young German director of Turkish origin could return to the Cannes Film Festival this year with his new film "Cut". In 2007 the director was present at the 60th edition of the French competition with his film "On the other side" with which he won the award for best screenplay.
