This album will be the fifth studio work of the veteran American grunge band, after their latest album 'Black Gives Way to Blue', released in 2009. It will also be the second album that will feature William Duvall as co-lead vocalist and guitarist. , replacing the remembered Layne Staley, who disappeared in April 2002.
