It has already been published that Ridley Scott will direct the supernatural thriller Stones, based on a script by Matt Cirulnick and produced by Scott Free, the production company that the director has with his brother Tony.
The film is about the destruction of ancient and sacred religious sites around the world, only to be discovered later that they were linked to each other by Stonehenge and still possessed mystical powers.
It should be remembered that the last film shot by Scott, American Ganster, which stars Russell Crowe and Denzel Washington in the roles of detective Richie Roberts and Harlem heroine lord Frank Lucas respectively.
