Sam Neill is now officially a member of the cast of "Thor: Ragnarok", which will be the third installment of the martill superheroor how accurately Chris Hemsworth plays. The actor himself is the one who has confirmed this in an interview conducted on the occasion of the promotion of his new film, "Hunt for the Wilderpeople."
The actor, known among other roles for playing the Dr. Alan Grant in "Jurassic Park", has not wanted to reveal details about who will be his character in the Marvel movie. Thus, the secrecy continues about the new film that is being prepared about the God of Thunder, since he himself affirms that he is prohibited from talking about it:
I am not allowed to say what character I play or tell you what it is… I filmed a couple of days just before coming here, and if I say anything else the Marvel secret agents will come and get me, and probably my kids too (jokes ).
Sam Neill and the Jurassic Reunion
Interestingly, Sam Neill will meet again in "Thor: Ragnarok" with an old acquaintance with whom he already shared filming in "Jurassic Park": Jeff Goldblum. Again partners, Goldblum played Dr. Ian Malcolm in the Steven Spielberg-directed film.

Directed by Taika Waititi, Thor's third features in its extensive cast, in addition to Hemsworth, Neill and Goldblum, with Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Cate Blanchett (Hela), Karl Urban (Skurge), Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie) and Anthony Hopkins (Odin). There is still a little over a year to go until the premiere of "Thor: Ragnarok", since It will not be until October 27, 2017.
