Hollywood will once again revive the cliché of apocalyptic catastrophe movies with the new film from director Roland Emmerich: 2012.
The movie 2012 tells us how the Mayan calendar predicts, the world ends in 2012, with natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, typhoons and glaciers flooding the planet.
In the cast are: John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Danny Glover, Thandie Newton, Oliver Platt, Thomas McCarthy, Woody Harrelson, Chin Han, Morgan Lily, Beatrice Rosen.
This movie doesn't interest me much because there is no script and everything is based on spectacular CGI images of the sea flooding the land or typhoons destroying entire cities.
