Capitol / IRS will publish a commemorative issue of the 25th anniversary of "Document", REM It contains two CDs containing the original remastered album, an unreleased concert from the “Work” tour, which took place on September 14, 1987 in Utrecht, and four postcards.
On the same day, Mobile Fidelity will release a faithful replica of the original edition on 180 gram vinyl. The reissue also contains a text by journalist David Daley. "Document" was REM's fifth album and the first in the series that the band co-produced with Scott litt. Michael Stipe, Peter Buck, Mike Mills and Bill Berry went to the Sound Emporium studios in Nashville to record "Document."
