Deluxe versions of two UB40 albums released in March

At the beginning of next March, the Universal Music label will launch for the first time luxury editions Present Arms and Labor of Love, consecrated albums of the British group UB40, both in physical and digital format. The new deluxe editions of both albums will be reissued expanded and in deluxe format, on triple CD, double LP on 180 g vinyl. and digital download.

Released in May 1981, 'Present Arms' It was the second album on UB40's discography, being a multi-platinum album that remained for 38 weeks on the UK album chart, where it peaked at number two. 'Present Arms' contained the hits 'One In Ten' and 'Don't Let It Pass You By / Don't Slow Down'. This new triple CD Deluxe edition contains both the original album, as well as the remix album 'Present Arms In Dub' and an album recorded live in 1981 for the British channel BBC.

Originally released in September 1983, 'Labor of Love' It was the fourth studio album in the British band's career and consists entirely of covers of songs by some of the UB40 members' favorite musical idols. Includes the hits, 'Red, Red Wine' (UK No. 1); 'Cherry', 'Oh Baby' (UK No. 12), »Many Rivers To Cross« (UK No. 16) and »Please Don't Make Me Cry« (UK No. 10). The album reached number one in the UK and number eight in the US. The Triple CD Deluxe Edition contains the original album, a second CD with singles and B-sides and a live record on the BBC in 1983 and 1984.
