Led Zeppelin album reissues to begin in June

It's been more than a year since the legendary guitarist Jimmy Page gave the first announcement about the project of remaster the entire discography de Led Zeppelin to the press. It was only at the beginning of this year that Page returned to the subject, anticipating that the fruit of this project would materialize with the reissue of the first three albums of the legendary rock group during 2014, and that they would include interesting additional material. This week the information on the additional material that these new reissues will contain was confirmed and also that the first stage of these reissues will begin at the beginning of June.

In a statement from the band it was detailed that in June the first installment of what will be "An extensive program of reissues" of his nine studio albums, record material that was specially remastered by Jimmy Page himself, adjusting to the original sound of the group. Each plate will go on sale as a single album (remastered) and also with another deluxe edition, with a bonus album with unreleased material and another live album that the group recorded at the time of its original edition.

Remastered versions of Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II and Led Zeppelin III will go on sale next June 3, and will be reissued in various formats including CD, vinyl LP and digital download. The special version will offer a super deluxe box set, which is made up of the vinyl and CD versions of each disc, and will include a high definition digital download card, a book, a limited print of the first disc cover and a reproduction of the original Led Zeppelin press kit.
