Sam Raimi, the director of the Spiderman trilogy, returns to his origins, that is, to the horror genre (The Army of Darkness, Infernal Possession) in his new movie drag me to hell which will premiere in Spain on July 31.
This film has not passed the sieve of the critics and they comment that it is not at the height of their first horror films.
Drag Me to Hell tells the story of Christine Browm (Alison Lohman) who works in a bank where she is fighting for promotion against another colleague. Her boss tells her that she has to be tougher with clients and when an old woman comes to her table to have her mortgage deferred again because if she will not be evicted, she refuses outright even though the old woman asks her on her knees.
When she reaches the parking lot, the old woman will attack her and cast a curse on her that after three days will drag her to hell.
Drag Me to Hell lovers of this genre will surely like it, as it has more and more followers.
