On October 14, Eagle Rock Entertainment Company will release a DVD of Deep Purple titled 'Perfect Strangers Live', which will also be released on CD and LP, as well as digital. In 1984, the band reunited with its original members (Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Jon lord and Ian Paice) and released the album 'Perfect Strangers'. On the DVD, the set list combines songs from this album such as "Perfect Strangers" or "Knocking At Your Back Door" along with other gems from the 70s such as 'Highway Star', 'Strange Kind Of Woman', 'Child In Time' , 'Black Night', 'Speed King' and 'Smoke On The Water', among others.
