Paramore: they don't want to be labeled 'soundtrack'

Paramore

Hayley williams has defended his decision to do not record the main song of New Moon, the sequel to Twilight, arguing that with this he wants to prevent his group from being better known for its collaborations on soundtracks.

After the success obtained thanks to the theme “decode", Hayley explains that the least he wants is to monopolize the movie music industry and thinks it is time to give opportunity to other groups ...

"We were asked to make Transformers 2 and New Moon and we flatly refused ... we don't want to be labeled as 'soundtrack' ... we are promoting our album and I like zombies more than vampires ... I just can't believe they asked us to"He commented.

"It was time for another band to take the lead and I think Death Cab For Cutie will do better ... because they are simply better."He added.
