La Venice Film Festival 2009 It will not go down in history for being the most glamorous or the highest quality in history if not quite the opposite.
Thus, a small film of Israeli nationality, Lebanon, has won the grand prize, the Golden Lion, with this war story told from the perspective of some soldiers inside a tank in the war in Lebanon.
On the other hand, it should be noted that the best actor award went to Colin Firth for A Single Man where he plays a homosexual teacher with many headaches.
