The 2015 Oscar race has officially started with nominations for the Independent Spirit Awards.
This year the big favorites for these awards dedicated to independent cinema are «Birdman»That gets six nominations and«B" Y "Selma»Who get five, all of them opting for both best film and best direction.
It also gets five nominations «Nightcrawler«, Although it falls outside the two main categories, yes, it gets nominations for best first work and best first screenplay.
The rest of the films nominated for best picture are «Whiplash«, Which is up for four prizes, including best director and«Love is strange»Which is also up for four awards but remains out of the best direction.
