Just a few months ago King of leon took out his last job Only by the Night, and there is already talk of the album that will succeed that album.
Apparently at the end of 2010 we will have for sale the fifth studio album of the young band. Although they are just in the writing process, the guitarist Matthew Followill affirmed in an interview obtained by the BBC, that the disc will have a marked and recognizable grunge sound.
While the group keeps touring the world, a tour that will keep them busy until the end of this year, Kings of Leon does not waste time and they are already preparing for what will be their next material. Followill also stated that the sound of the songs will be "A little dirtier", which indicates that there will be an influence of garage music, with more rock guitars.
With Only By The Night It does not seem that all the proposed goals have been reached, and this hasty announcement of a new album gives a glimpse of the desire to leave behind a material that is not entirely successful or an enthusiasm to continue composing. Time will tell.
