»The 2nd Law 'came out on October 2 and was produced by David Campbell, who has already worked with Radiohead, Paul McCartney, Beck and Adele, as well as the instrumental track“ The 2nd Law: Isolated System “. The work succeeded 2009's 'The Resistance', which went double platinum and reached Number 1 in Britain and 9 other countries. We remember that in Spain the band will perform on June 7 in Barcelona at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium.
Originally from Teignmouth, Devon, its members since its formation in the 90's are: Matthew Bellamy (composer, voice, guitar, keyboard and piano); Dominic Howard (drums and percussion); and Christopher Wolstenholme (electric bass, keyboards and backing vocals). In 2011 the band won their first Grammy Award, winning in the Best Rock Album category for 'The Resistance'.
