Cinema, like all arts, tries generate feelings and sensations in the viewer, to impact him, to get inside. It is also true that filmmakers and producers quickly discovered that making cry movies sells, and sells well.

Always at your side Hachiko (2009)
Directed by Lasse Hallstrom, Starring Richard Gere and Joan Allen, is based on the true story of the japanese dog hachiko. Peter Wilson (Richard Gere), meets a small Akita puppy and decides to adopt him. Wilson and the animal develop an unusual bond of friendship, which is interrupted by the sudden death of the professor. Nevertheless, the dog does not stop attending the local train station every afternoon, waiting for the return of his friend.
My first kiss (1991)
It tells the story of Vada Sultenfuss (Anna Chlumsky), a 11-year-old hypochondriac girl who lives alone with her father (Dan Arknoyd), in a small town in America. Vada develops a close friendship with Thomas Sennet (Macaulay Culkin), a boy his own age who is allergic to everything. The children begin to share a whole series of adventures, until, in a very naive and childish way, they have the first kiss of their lives. But almost immediately Thomas dies suddenly after being attacked by a swarm of bees.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015)
Many fans of the universe created by George Lucas cried with emotion as blue letters on a black background were shown on the screen saying: "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away ..." But when almost at the end of the tape Kylo Ren takes his father Han Solo's life treacherously… Episode 7 may not be the best of all the Star Wars installments, but it certainly is the most "crybaby" of all.
To the land (2016)

Noahs diary (2004)
Starring Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling. The story tells the romance between Allie and Noah, who had to overcome many obstacles to get ahead. But after decades together, children and grandchildren involved, the relationship is interrupted because Allie forgets all her past, suffering from senile dementia. Noah remains faithful to his love and returns every day with his girl to narrate the adventures of their lives., which he painstakingly bequeathed for posterity in a diary.
Looking for happiness. (2006)
Tells the true story of Chris Gardner, a bankrupt father abandoned by his wife, who has no means to subsist. Together with his son, Gardner goes through extremely complicated situations (such as sleeping in the bathroom of a subway station), until after much effort, he receives a job offer that will change his life forever. The final scene, in which Gardner and his little one walk in the midst of people, is often used to illustrate messages such as “when you want, you can”. They star Will Smith and his son Jaden Smith.
Toy Story 3 (2010)
When the premiere of the third part of Toy Story was announced, much of the public was skeptical. However, the film was not only a grossing phenomenon, it was also quickly hailed as the best film, not only in the series, but also by Pixar. The final scene where a college boy Andy says goodbye to Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of his toys, tears leapt from the eyes of all those who grew up screaming "to infinity and beyond"
Schindler's List
Based on real events, it tells the life of Oskar Schindler, played by Liam Neeson, a businessman with a lot of talent and the ability to relate. After winning the sympathy of leaders of the Nazi party, he employs hundreds of Jewish workers in his facilities, with the aim of saving them from certain death.
The film won seven Oscars.
