More problems for the remake of 'The Raven'

The Crow

In recent times they have not stopped appearing problems surrounding the filming of the remake of 'The Crow' ('The Crow') And now these new difficulties could be final.

And is that the Relativity Media financial difficulties, a company that declared bankruptcy a few days ago, could put an end to this long-awaited production that seems cursed.

To the lack of money to carry out this new film based on the James O'Barr comic, we must add the problems with the cast since various abandonments have left the film without a protagonist. Luke Evans was going to play Eric Draven, but he eventually jumped off the project, later it was Jack Houston who was going to take over the title role, but also dropped out the ship, so if the project finally goes ahead, something that seems very difficult, it will find itself without a headliner for the moment.

Not only have actors left, since at first the film it was to be directed by the Spaniard Francisco Javier Gutiérrez, who also joined the scared and that gave way to Corin Hardand as a new author behind the scenes.

Two decades after that damn production that cost Brandon Lee his life, his remake seems destined not to take place.
