Recently they came to us more news on 'Wonder Woman', the new movie based on DC comics in which Gal Gadot will star as Diana Prince and in which Nicole Kidman will probably play Hipólita, the Queen of the Amazons. This film, directed by Patty Jenkins, will be released in June 2017, and its protagonist will not be the only heroine that appears in Zack Snyder's 'Justice League: Part 1'. As Heroic Hollywood informs us, in this film there will be a new female character named Mera: the queen of Atlantis.

This famous character based on the world of the cartoons of the North American publisher will make his debut in the new DC Cinematic Universe through the first film in which all the members of the Justice League will put the meat on the grill. It is rumored, no osbante, that his first appearance could be in 'Aquaman', a movie starring Jason Momoa and directed by James Wan that will hit theaters on July 27, 2018. It would be more logical, even timely.

Although it is likely that Queen Mara will appear earlier in this feature film we know that Aquaman to appear in 'Superman vs Batman: Dawn of Justice'. Mara is described as the "Khalessi of the sea" and the true love of Aquaman ... Taking into account this information, and that Jason Momoa is the same actor who played Kahl Drogo in 'Game of Thrones' Will this relationship be similar to what we saw between Daenerys Targaryen and Khal Dothraki in the mythical series of novels "A Song of Fire and Ice" by George RR Martin?

'Justice League: Part 1' will premiere on November 17, 2017. We will have to wait until then to see all the characters in their sauce, or to the premiere of 'Aquaman' to see how the love story between the King of the Seven Seas and Mera unfolds.
