Be Lucky, the unreleased song included in the compilation 'The Who - Hits 50!'

The Who Be Lucky

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of its formation, the British group The Who will launch 'The Who - Hits 50!', a compilation album that covers his entire career including the fundamental themes of his record company, and which will also include an unreleased song, the first released in eight years. The new song is named 'Be Lucky' and will be the Who's first record since their 2006 comeback album 'Endless Wire'. 'The Who - Hits 50!' It will go on sale next October 27, just a few weeks before the band begins its tour around Europe.

The members of The Who, Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey, recorded the new song last summer with producer Dave Eringa, who had previously worked with Daltrey on his album 'Going Back Home'. Eringa and the members of her live band are Zak Starkey (drums), Pino Palladino (bass) and former Style Council, Mick Talbot (keyboards). The proceeds from 'Be Lucky' will go to the Teen Cancer America Foundation, a charity created by Daltrey and Townshend in 2011. The album's tracklist includes the following songs:
