Loquillo: they reissue five of their albums

EMI Music has reissued this week in Spain another five albums from the catalog of Loquillo, which are specifically "Times are changing" (original edition in 1980), "The dance mafia" (1985), "My problems with women" (1987), "Dying in spring" (1988) and "Leather Spanish »(2000). Its relaunch, as specified by the record company, comes in digi pack, after remastering them and incorporating extra songs, as well as never-published graphic material and, in three of them, a DVD with images from RTVE, of an unpublished concert recorded by Televisió de Cardedeu, as well as the concert held at the Extremadura cinema in Madrid in 1986.

"Times are changing" corresponds to the stage of Loquillo with the band Los Intocables and for its reissue the cover of the original vinyl released by the Cúspide label has been recovered. Already with Trogloditas came «La mafia del baile», his third album with this group. "When everyone wanted to wear leather again, I put on my tuxedo and we took out 'Chanel, cocaine and Dom Pérignon'", he said at the time the musician about this work. For its reissue, models by Sabino Méndez have been incorporated. According to EMI, also the digi pack of "My problems with women" includes models of that album, which its author described as "musical eclecticism."

Born José María Sanz Beltrán in Barcelona on December 21, 1960, to Loquillo until mid-2007 he was accompanied by the so-called Troglodytes (Simon, the last original troglodyte, left the band and kept the name Troglodytes). He currently presents himself as Loquillo, accompanied by his usual collaborators, such as Igor Paskual or Jaime Stinus. Loquillo is also the host of a show entitled American Chopper, which is broadcast on the Discovery Max television channel. It features the Teutul family of Orange County Choppers.
