In a recent interview Lady Gaga announced his project to open a museum in memory of Michael Jackson. The extravagant singer affirmed that she wants to prevent some of the most precious items of the late singer from being lost, ending up in auctions or in the hands of those who only want to extract financial benefit from them. On the contrary, Gaga wants these objects to be exhibited to everyone and not to end up hidden in some private collection.

So far Gaga has invested more than a million and a half euros in the artist's clothing and personal belongings, and has already announced that she will continue to buy the most emblematic symbols with the intention of exhibiting them in this museum, in order to pay tribute to her idol . Gaga has gathered so far a total of 55 King of Pop objectsAmong which is the iconic jacket worn by Jackson in the 'Thriller' video, his diamond encrusted glove and the extravagant Swarovski crystal jacket valued at 142.000 euros.

Lady Gaga declared for the British press: «Soon I am going to open a museum to exhibit all those memories and personal objects of Michael Jackson that I have been collecting in recent years, with the intention of allocating all the profits to a foundation that fight for the same ideals that he defended in life. Now I am going to acquire some of the most recognizable garments from his last tours, which will not be to form a private collection, but will share them with the world ».
